The people in your community – that is the people who you “commune with” or come in union with are an integral part of your health and wellbeing and how confident and successful you feel. When you plug into external sources for your "power supply", the connection can become fleeting rather than fulfilling, superficial rather than deep and short-lasting rather than constant or long-lasting. Plug instead into your internal resources that help you grow and develop into the fullness and greatness of who you are. Janelle Fletcher
Refocusing my attention on "receiving" rather than "taking" is a way for me to "top up my own tank". This also reminds me I am worthy of receiving, and not selfish for taking and it will also give me the energy, desire and opportunities to give to myself and others in far more profound ways. Janelle Fletcher
Notice what your body is saying about how you are pacing yourself and whether you are in rhythm and in sync with your body’s inherent pace preference. If you are not “at ease”, there will be “dis-ease”. Janelle Fletcher

Change, transitions and “excavation experiences”, which could be seen as potential points of disaster, can in fact be pivotal points of power – your own personal power. The two phases of the menstrual cycle reflect cycles of nature and teach us how to maintain great health, energy and productivity. When ignored, avoided or tampered with, imbalance occurs and this will indeed reflect in how your life looks. Janelle Fletcher
Be an attitude that receives blessings and manifests abundance. Be strength. Be courage. Be confidence. Be success. Be acceptance. Be greatness. Be peace. Be calmness. Be your potential. Be your spiritual self. Embody these qualities and values as they are your true essence. Embody them in who you “be”, not just in what you do because when you ‘be” these qualities, your life also reflects back to you the blessings of these qualities. You are the blessing, not something outside of yourself and as the writer Anaïs Nin* points out, “We don’t see things as they are. We see things as we are." Janelle Fletcher

Janelle Fletcher

Passion is like a dance. Each person’s passion is different. Some dance the tango. Others dance the fox trot. Some dance freestyle while others love to learn the steps. Some dancers move with grace and others are learning the dance of living passionately through the ups and downs of their lives. Dance your unique dance of life passionately – living it and feeling it in your body and in your soul. Janelle Fletcher
Body alignment is not just a physical thing to do with posture, physiology and getting your “body bits” in balance. It has a two-way connection to your emotional state, confidence level and internal equilibrium. Changing one aspect alters another. Janelle Fletcher
The outward packaging of simplicity is the way that you make choices around your home, work, people and living environment - making life simpler, less complex and more in line with how you want to live. That needs to be based on your inner package of values, interests, passion, aspirations and life purpose. Janelle Fletcher
Picture a gift box overflowing wtih excess tinsel, bows, ribbons and paper used for filling up the box - the the extent it looks more like an overstuffed barrage of "stuff" that someone has to sift through to appreciate the real gift that is lying within the packaging. What extraneous "stuff" surrounds the gift of the real you? Simplicity allows you to showcase the gift of you to the world. Janelle Fletcher

A commitment to being your best self is the moment by moment conviction, mindset and action steps that say, "I will be and do what it takes to have the best life I can" and "I will step up to shine in my significance and live a life of freedom, rather than hide in my insignificance and live a life of constraint." Janelle Fletcher

Looking at your extended "whanau" tree (including adopted familiy, step parents, blended family members, donors, caregivers, ex-partners, teachers, soul family...etc) rather than you traditional family tree gives you a more expansive take on the influential umbilical cords that shape who you are. Janelle Fletcher
Much like a traffic light, your body gives you signals to go, stop, wait awhile longer or drive through with care. More often than not you probably override, or are oblivious to these signals - running the red light, stopping when you actually could be covering some ground or waiting forever at the lights for some other directional tip. Pay attention to your body signals. Janelle Fletcher

Superwoman (man) measures her value on KPI’s – Key Performance Indicators, whilst a super woman (man) values herself based on KSAI’s – Key Self Approval Indicators. The first is about proving. The second is about approving. With one, the rewards are mostly external and can be stripped away with circumstances. With the other, there is constant reward. Janelle Fletcher

Janelle Fletcher
Intuition is like art that comes and flows from a space within, manifesting its colour and texture in your external landscape. “Outtuition” – literally meaning tuition and information gathering from outside of your self - is more like maths. “When I add this to that, that will equal….” Combining the two will change your lifescape. Janelle Fletcher
