2012 Fundraising for Jump Start
Leap Day Jump Start Your Life event - Giving teens from CanTeen and Project K an opportunity to leap out of a plane with a parachute and getting your own excitement for life jumpstarted! My charity this year is JumpStart www.jumpstart.org.nz who are supporting teens from CanTeen (Teenagers living with cancer) and Project K (Maximising youth potential) to do a life-transforming parachute jump in May, 2012. 2011 fundraiser for CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust
This is a fundraiser event in conjunction with Janelle running this year's New York marathon in November as part of the CatWalk Spinal Cord Injury Trust's team. The very funky Nick Jones, the Violin Guy will be there playing his magic. Be inspired by Janelle - Confidence Coach and speaker, Catriona Willlams - founder of CatWalk ( in a short DVD clip of her completing the New York marathon), Allison Roe - winner of the New York marathon in 1981, and local gals modelling Divine fashion. You also have the chance to do some fabulous shopping in the silent auction including treatments from Caci Clinic, photo shoot with Chanelle Dickinson, clairvoyant reading with international clairvoyant Beverley D'Anvers, a weekend's relaxation at a holiday home in Leigh, make up tutorial with the fabulous Grayson Coutts, training session and health check with personal trainer Sally Feinerman, bungy jump off the harbour bridge, books from Lynda Wharton - naturopath and acupuncturist, body casting with Pat Armitstead, a meal at Paper Moon, products from the Natural Sleep shop, organic skincare, NLP healing session, fab massage with Vanessa and a shopping experience at Divine Boutique in Mairangi Bay. Mix, mingle, dance and have a night to remember!

2010 fundraising for Oxfam
2010 Oxfam Trailblazer 100km event Yippee. My team raised over $2000 and we crossed the line in just under 24 hours. This got us fit, got us out seeing and enjoying Auckland coastlines in our training, it was a great social network for us four women in the team who lived at every corner of Auckland and we had a fab weekend in Taupo at the event - whilst making a huge difference to others experiencing poverty and disaster.
